This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn how to move with ease, lower overall stress levels, and connect with their body.
Integrated movement is possible when the various parts of your body can properly communicate, thereby orchestrating efficient movement.
Opening up this embodied communication requires body awareness and spatial awareness — a felt sense of how your body interacts with the laws of physics.
In this workshop you can expect:
Presentation of some fundamental anatomy & biomechanics
Embodied meditation to awaken awareness
Explorative movement, including rolling, crawling and standing balances
You don’t need yoga experience to take part, though some basic experience in movement, exercise or sports would be helpful for these concepts to land.
